Need a little convincing of the benefits?

On the fence about going paleo?  Here are some health benefits that either we, a family member or a friend have realized on this diet.  Seriously, this is only from about 10 people!
 
Benefits of paleo that we or our family or friends have experienced:
·         Significant weight loss, including visceral fat (stubborn tummy fat)

·         Migraines completely gone
·         Reduces or eliminates stomach ailments and the need for antacids or reflux meds

·         Efficient digestion, no more stomach cramps, bloating, burping, gas, etc.
·         Resolved symptoms of diverticulitis
·         Resumed regular menstrual cycles
